eZDebt needed a fresh look to bring in new clients in need of debt relief. In their industry it is very difficult to get clients so I packed the website full of trust signals in order to show the user that they would be in good hands. eZDebt’s customer service is excellent and that aspect of their business also needed to shine through. We translated the website into Afrikaans, English and Xhosa to accommodate their multi-lingual clients and make them feel at home.
